Exercise clause to retain certain logos and designs in lieu of payment. I would remove these items from the site while keeping all original logo, site and sales channels intact. Logos created without these elements can be kept by BBM. I would then give up any future royalties (15%) from sales off of the site. BBM would retain 100% sales profit and keep ownership of all logos and materials outside of the 2 that I would keep.
