The Big Bear Movement is a lighthouse for the world; and what does a lighthouse do? It helps guide lost ships back to shore through the storms of life. Sometimes we need help from other people’s guidance to get life back on track. We are a worldwide support network working to empower and bring hope and strength to the world. We want to help people heal through our stories of life struggles and overcoming them.
The Big Bear Movement is about bringing unity to the people of the world regardless of race, religion, or political views. We live in a very divided world and the Big Bear Movement focusses on bridging the gaps in our societies. The Big Bear Movement is about self improvement and empowering others. It’s a simple lifestyle living your life with love and positivity and doing your part to make the world a better place. A team effort.
After many tumultuous life events, heart aches, struggles with addiction and depression, founder, Colin BigBear Ross, had a breakthrough healing experience. He felt a divine presence at the time of his awakening and felt protected and loved. Colin acknowledged that he had the capacity to provide alignment and healing to people struggling with emotional blockages which lead Colin on a journey toward self improvement and working to help others. He reached out to friends all over the world spreading uplifting and positive messages, which has lead to a global movement connecting and motivating thousands of people.

Yes. We have “Bear Dens” in which people from the same area can meet up and have community through the movement. When members meet up they can discuss issues that matter to them and their own contributions to spreading positivity and love. They can also work together to arrange group activities through which they may
support their communities and relevant causes, such as organizing food drives, helping elderly neighbours, circulating necessities to homeless people, donating to local charities, etc.

Delivery times vary depending on a number of factors. Our products are printed one at a time and in some cases they are stitched together after printing ie. custom hoodies
For the "Every Child Matters" campaign, we have tried to source local suppliers as much as possible. Recently we were able to source a number or orange shirts but we found the quality was not at the level we want for our customers.
Normally, most of our products ship from Toronto, but right now there are no orange shirts in stock. All of our Every Child Matters shirts and hoodies are coming from the United States right now and this is affecting delivery times.
Yes. The founder and CEO is proudly Métis. We understand that many people want to know this right now because there are so many other companies or individuals who are taking advantage or trying to capitalize on a situation that shouldn't be.
This is something we have been very careful not to do. When we first looked at what we could do, we made sure that we were checking off the boxes of the people who founded #everychildmatters originally.
They stated that they wanted companies doing this to be Indigenous companies. That the shirts need to orange and that the designs be original and that donations be made to an appropriate charity related to the cause. In our research we found The Indian Residential School Survivors Society to be an organization that we wanted to support.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered before September 30th. With the pandemic and different shipping routes we are at the mercy of different carriers and the Canada Post delivery system. All of our orders are tracked and we will do everything we can to get your shirts to you as fast as possible.
As great as it would be for everyone to have shirts before September 30th and to wear them on this day, we are hoping that these shirts are not just going to be worn on one day only. It is important to wear these shirts regularly as well as for upcoming events.
