The Big Bear Movement Return Policy
BigBearMovement.com Purchases
With a Receipt (Via Mail):
If your bigbearmovement.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within three months (90 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to The Big Bear Movement by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below: 1. Email the ask@bigbearmovement.com
2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
4. Drop-off the package at your nearest FedEx location.
Refunds:
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:
· Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash.
· Online purchase credit will be issued for all purchases made using a gift card or gift receipt/purchases.
Exchanges:
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
Return without Receipt:
A return without receipt is subject to the requirements of valid identification, pricing or refund and tender of payment noted below.
· To return or exchange an item without receipt, you are required to present a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Provincial / Regional ID, Passport or Military ID).
· Customer will complete the refund form with name, phone number and signature.
· Refunds will be given based on the current sale price of the item or 20% off the item’s regular price.
· Refunds will be in the form of an Online Purchase Credit.
